MW Services a general contractor for the US Government was opening a new office in Oceanside, California. In order to achieve LEED Certification for their office space, they turned to 3FFICIENT to assist with Fundamental Commissioning and certification assistance of their Commercial Interiors office buildout.
3FFICIENT developed a commissioning plan and report to satisfy LEED-CI commissioning. This included verifying the operation and control settings of the HVAC and lighting systems as well as developing a manual for re-commissioning of those systems.
3FFICIENT visited the site and analyzed the design documents to identify, test, verify, and develop the required commissioning documentation for MW Services LEED certification project.
