Project Background:

The owner wanted to update the theme to a lighter, more modern look. White porcelain tiling with new floating vanity and modern fixtures and lighting were selected.

3fficient’s Role:

3fficient staff managed and self-performed this bathroom remodel. This was a rescue from a failed start by an un-qualified contractor.

Solution:

The old slate tiling and bathtub were removed and the walls were stripped down to bare studs. The plumbing was re-routed to match up to the very narrow openings for the floating vanity and the new custom shower. A custom niche and bench were built in. Porcelain tiling was installed on the walls and floors to give it a very clean and modern aesthetic. Energy efficient LED lighting, new dimmers, mirrors and fixtures were installed to finish off the modern look beautifully.

The guest bath niche was also repaired from the prior contractor’s mistakes.

This naturally brightened up the home, raised resale value and reduced energy use. The owner was thrilled to have his bathrooms quickly after the long delays by the prior contractor!
