Project Background:
The owner was selling this property and needed to replace the failing granite counters with the hopes of modernizing the looks. White quartz countertops and color-matched paint throughout.
3fficient’s Role:
3fficient staff managed and self-performed this kitchen remodel and complete paint job. The cabinets and appliances were in decent shape, but filthy from years of renting.
Solution:
The old granite counters were carefully removed. The cabinets and appliances were degreased and cleaned inside and out and tested to be in good working order. Various drywall repairs were completed throughout the unit and the flooring was restored from prior DIY paint spills. The garage remotes were re-programmed and old failing locks were replaced. New calacatta gold quartz counters were installed with 6″ backsplash. Finally, a new faucet was installed which helped tie the new theme together nicely.
This remodel naturally brightened up the home and raised resale value. The owner was thrilled to have the work done on time and under budget.
