How it works:
We trust you – our clients, colleagues and employees to help us find great people…. and reward you for your help. For every candidate or contractor referred to us by you and who surpasses a three month equivalent full-time assignment, you will receive a check in the mail from VisionWorks Engineering (see specific job descriptions for exact referral amount). It’s that simple.
You’ll stay in the loop with your candidate during the entire hire process through an online dashboard (see sample below).

Terms & Conditions
By participating in the 3fficient Referral Program, you are stating that the named referral provided by you is eligible for this program and that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the program; Referees may refer as many candidates as they choose as long as the referrals meet 3fficient’s eligibility requirements;
Only if the referred candidate is successfully placed through or with 3fficient, will a referral fee be forwarded to you, the referring party. Successful placement is defined as when the candidate completes the guarantee period. In this case a successful placement is defined as when the candidate or client completes the initial three full-time-equivalent month assignment;
The minimum qualifying period for candidates under the 3fficient referral program is a three month full time equivalent assignment (continuous service) or successful completion of one contract (for contractors);
Only new candidates can be referred. That means that it must be the applicant’s first official employment related contact with 3fficient. You cannot refer candidates and clients who have used services or registered with 3fficient unless a period of twenty four months has elapsed;
Referred candidates must not have previously or currently applied to one of 3fficient job postings or have been entered into the 3fficient database as a current candidate; In the event that a referral is submitted twice from different referees, then the first referral will be eligible for the reward;
Referrals are not valid where the prospect and the referring party are one and the same person;
Once the referral is received, 3fficient will make contact with the referral prospect within five working days. Contact will be made to the referral prospect through telephone and/or email as provided by you, the referrer;
The referee will receive their fee no more than thirty days following the three month continuous assignment of the referred candidate or payment of service by client;
Respecting your privacy is a priority for us. We hate spam and you will never receive it from us. Emails and names are never shared.
Any referral must be authorized by the person or business that is referred to 3fficient. By accepting our terms and conditions you represent that you have the authority to disclose the name of the person or business who is referred to us;
